One important way we endeavor to meet this goal is by maintaining a close one-to-one relationship between each client and a firm partner, with the partner involved hands-on throughout the representation.
This approach stands in stark contrast to the typical large law firm’s “leveraged” staffing. These firms are organized to maximize the profits of a select group of senior partners using large numbers of less experienced attorneys working extremely long hours.
This may conflict with providing the best client service: the firm wants a high ratio of junior attorneys to senior attorneys, but the client wants more seniority and experience.
