Experience
Michael F. Harris
has extensive experience in all
aspects of labor relations and equal
employment opportunity law,
including collective bargaining
negotiations, labor arbitration, and
employment litigation. In addition
to traditional labor and employment
matters, some of
his particular areas of expertise
include occupational safety and
health law, public sector employment
law, withdrawal liability matters
under the Multi-Employer Pension
Plan Amendments Act, and employee
benefit matters under ERISA.
