Experience
George L. Lenard has over
twenty years of experience in all
aspects of labor and employment law,
including preventive law as well as
litigation. His special
interests include employment
discrimination, sexual harassment,
and noncompetition agreements.
As the firm's current managing
partner, George's responsibilities
include supervision of our
information technology operations
and purchasing, as well as serving
as webmaster.
An avid writer and early adopter of
blogging technology, George created
one of the premier blogs on labor,
employment, and human resource
topics,
George's Employment Blawg.
As a member of the Federal
Litigation and Practice Steering
Committee of the Bar Association of
Metropolitan St. Louis, George helped
organize its October 2001 seminar,
Temporary Restraining Orders in
Federal Court, where he spoke on
injunctive relief in labor
relations.
